Desmand Washington

Chief Operations Officer

Desmand Washington is ALL BLACK’s Chief Operations Officer and ensures that internal structures and processes support All Black’s mission and strengthen the work. His extensive background in entrepreneurship and law enforcement provides him the skill set required to successfully oversee human resources, contracts, client relations, travel, research and development.

 

Currently, he serves and protects as a Deputy Sheriff in Florida, where he has been recognized with the “Life Saving Award” for saving a life while on duty, along with earning numerous promotions. He also spearheads the management of several community events and cultivates community relationships with partners/vendors.

Desmand  is a graduate of Bethune-Cookman University and obtained his Masters' Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Tara "Coach T" Gibson

Lead  Visionary Officer

As the brainchild of ALL BLACK, Tara oversees the strategic positioning and growth of the organization and shares ALL BLACK’s commitment to service and inclusion. Holding two decades of experience, she is a skilled executive with strong collaborative and administrative skills. She has a long-proven track record of working with individuals and organizations to advance their mission, and has worked throughout her career to coach others and help them achieve their goals.  

Tara’s passionate experience and skill has evolved into a servant leader with a corporate mindset to help others in a greater way.

Tara is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.
